Application states I have 0 credits although I should have credits ?

Check your internet connection first, then go to the settings of the app, and then press refresh.

I cannot refresh menu / credits ?

First check your internet connection, if you get "Unauthorized" error please log out and log in.

Printer is not found or it cannot be reached ?

Please follow printer reset procedure, then pair through the Preppy app. If you are Android user, please check application has all required permissions and location has been turned on. Also keep in mind if you opened app, or coming from background to app again, it takes about 45 sec for app to initialize Bluetooth connection.

I have forgot username and password ?

Please reach out to your Company administrator.

Application asks for managers PIN ?

Pin by default is 99.

Text is cut out on label, only half of label gets printed ?

Please follow label realign procedure.
